Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

What if I change my mind?

We get it. If your order isn't quite right, we'll accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unopened, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We are a small business, returns do impact us, so if you're unsure about a colour or size before ordering, reach out at care@isleofalba.com and we'll help you decide.

How do I start a return?

Reach out to us at care@isleofalba.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll take it from there.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as Alba is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We stand behind the quality of every Alba product. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@isleofalba.com with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

How does store credit work?

Store credit is issued via email and does not expire. It can be applied to any future order on isleofalba.com and covers the full value of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs.

What items are not eligible for return?

Items that have been washed, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Items marked as final sale are also excluded.

What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults we reserve the right to repair or replace. For more information visit accc.gov.au.
