What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 Australia-wide. Free shipping is available on orders over $350

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–8 business days across Australia. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.

How is my order sent?

All Alba orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking included. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is on its way.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Your tracking number will arrive via email upon dispatch. You can follow your order directly through Australia Post at auspost.com.au.

I need to update my delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible at care@isleofalba.com. We process orders quickly - once dispatched we are unable to modify delivery details.

My order hasn't arrived.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, reach out to us at care@isleofalba.com with your order number. We'll look into it with Australia Post and get it sorted.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Alba currently ships within Australia only. International shipping will be available in the future - sign up to be notified.

How will my order be packaged?

All Alba orders arrive in minimal, considered packaging, nothing excessive, nothing unnecessary.
